I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We will try our best to ship it as soon as possible. Order processing time is 3-5 business days, and the exact shipping time depends on your location. Most product pages will display the estimated shipping time. If it is not displayed, please wait patiently for 2-4 weeks.

The tracking number will be updated within 3-5 days after your order ships. If you have not received the tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us by emailing matchchic@oneservice.online.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there is a problem?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. Items can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. After this period, we will not be able to provide you with a refund, return, or exchange service. You will need to bear the return shipping costs yourself. We will refund your full order amount after receiving the returned goods. Please indicate your name and order number on the returned package.

Please note: If your package is in transit, you will receive a refund after the package is delivered and returned.

Can I cancel my order?

Except in very rare special cases, we cannot offer any modifications, points, refunds, or cancellations before an order ships. If you would like to know if you are eligible for a refund before your order ships, please contact our customer service team (email: matchchic@oneservice.online) within 8 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

If you misspelled the address or it was automatically entered incorrectly by the system, please reply to your order confirmation email for verification. If you confirm again that the address you provided is incorrect, please send an email to matchchic@oneservice.online. If the address is incorrect, we can change it to the correct address within 8 hours. We will not issue refunds after 8 hours of submitting an incorrect address.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping time varies depending on your location. Shipping time for most products will be displayed on the product page. Unless otherwise stated, estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks.
