30-Day Return and Exchange Policy

We have strict quality control standards to ensure all shipped products are in perfect condition. However, returns and exchanges are sometimes unavoidable. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, we will gladly process a return of a brand new, unused item.

We recommend that you inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage, missing items, or incorrect shipment, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return and Exchange Guidelines

To facilitate your returns and exchanges, please follow these guidelines:

1. Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the goods to obtain return authorization and a return address. We will not accept returns without authorization from customer service.

2. We only accept returns due to quality issues. Additionally, please allow for slight color and size differences, which are unavoidable.

3. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags and protective strips intact. We will refuse returns if the item shows obvious signs of use or is stained with cosmetics, deodorant, perfume, or other similar substances.

4. Please return the goods through your local post office to avoid taxes and fees, and include a completed return/exchange authorization form in the return package. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage during transit, so please keep your tracking number safe for future reference. Please note that we do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.

5. After receiving your return package, we will notify you by email within 7 business days and arrange for an exchange or refund.

6. If the return is due to the customer's fault, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Specific costs depend on the courier company you choose.

7. If the goods you receive are damaged or do not match the description due to our fault, you are not responsible for the resulting shipping costs.
