Privacy Statement
Part 1 - How We Use Your Information?
When you purchase goods from our store, we collect your personal information, such as your name, address, and email address, as part of the buying and selling process.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address to learn about your browser and operating system.
Email Marketing (where applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.
Part 2 - Consent
How do we obtain your consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange delivery, or return, you consent to our collection and use of your information only for that specific purpose.
If we need your personal information for other purposes, such as marketing, we will directly seek your explicit consent or provide you with an opportunity to refuse.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If you change your mind after opting in, you can contact us at any time at matchchic@oneservice.online to withdraw your consent to allow us to contact you, continue to collect, use, or disclose your information.
Part Three - Information Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information if we are legally required to do so, or if you violate our Terms of Service.
Part Four - Shopify
Our store is hosted on the Shopify Inc. platform. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and Shopify applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
Payments:
If you choose to complete a purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify will store your credit card data. This data is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored for the time required to complete the purchase transaction. Once the transaction is complete, your purchase transaction information will be deleted.
All direct payment gateways comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), which is governed by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Committee (PCI SSC), comprised of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
The PCI-DSS requirement helps ensure our store and its service providers handle credit card information securely.
For more information, you can also read Shopify's Terms of Service (https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms) or Privacy Statement (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy).
Part Five - Third-Party Services
Generally, the third-party service providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary for them to provide services to us.
However, some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we must provide to them (for processing your purchase transactions).
For these service providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies to understand how they will handle your personal information. It is particularly important to note that some service providers may be located in a different jurisdiction than yours or ours, or their facilities may be located in different jurisdictions. Therefore, if you choose to continue transactions involving third-party service providers, your information may be governed by the laws of that service provider or its facilities in the jurisdiction where it is located.
For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, the personal information you used to complete that transaction may be disclosed under U.S. law, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you will no longer be bound by this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Service.

When you click on links in our store, these links may direct you to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites and recommend that you read their privacy statements.
Section 6 - Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that your information is not improperly lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
If you provide us with credit card information, that information will be encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can guarantee 100% security, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and implement other generally accepted industry standards.
